No self-referrals, controlled entities, household members, employees, duplicate customers, or accounts created chiefly to obtain commission. Existing relationships cannot be claimed retroactively.
Prohibited promotion includes
- Spam, purchased lists, robocalls, or contact without legally sufficient consent.
- Cookie stuffing, hidden frames, adware, forced redirects, or automatic link activation.
- Unapproved paid search on UplevelRE marks, confusing domains, coupons, rebates, or incentives.
- Fake reviews or deceptive earnings, product, savings, security, legal, tax, MLS, or comparison claims.
- Collecting a prospect’s UplevelRE credentials, payment information, or other sensitive data.

Who can apply?
Version 1 is open to applicants based in the United States who are at least 18, can enter the agreement, pass review, and complete provider verification. An affiliate account is separate from a customer workspace.
How does attribution work?
The first eligible affiliate click owns the journey for 90 days while unexpired. Another affiliate cannot overwrite it. A repeat click for the same affiliate may refresh expiry. Expired, pre-existing, duplicate, self, test, fraudulent, and prohibited referrals can be rejected.
When does a commission become payable?
Only a settled eligible payment can create a commission. It then passes a 30-day hold plus tax, payout, fraud, dispute, and minimum checks. Pending and under-review amounts are estimates, not money due.
What happens when a customer gets a refund?
Refunds and chargebacks create proportional reversals based on the snapshotted rule. If a reversal follows payout, the negative balance can be offset against future commissions; UplevelRE does not automatically debit your bank account.
How and when are payouts sent?
Payouts are prepared monthly, with a target release on day 15 of the following month or business day. Eligible U.S. ACH starts at $100. Approved domestic wires start at $500. Settlement timing is not guaranteed.
What information can an affiliate see?
The portal shows privacy-minimized referral milestones, commission calculations and reasons, payout readiness, and program terms. It does not expose customer names, emails, payment credentials, or workspace data.
Can I refer myself or an existing customer?
No. Self-referrals, controlled entities, household members, employees, duplicates, existing relationships, and accounts created chiefly for commission are not eligible.
How do disputes and privacy requests work?
Use UplevelRE Support with the referral or ledger reference shown in your portal. Do not send bank credentials or full tax identifiers. Privacy details, retention periods, and request options are in the UplevelRE privacy policy.
