Uplevel

A real estate brand kit, drafted from your website.

Uplevel reads your site or your brand guide and drafts your logos, colors, fonts and voice for you to review. Everything it writes for you then sounds like you.

Start from what you already have.

Open Branding, add your website and choose Draft brand. Uplevel reads the pages and fills in your brand for you to check. No website? Start from your brand guide instead. Set up your brand, step by step

Your website
Up to three pages of your own site. Uplevel reads the logo, colors, fonts, contact details and social links from the pages, and suggests a voice from how they’re written.
A brand guide
A PDF, a DESIGN.md or other markdown file, a text file, pasted text, or a link to one. Guides take a minute or two to read.
A brand pack
A file or a link exported from another Uplevel workspace, such as your brokerage’s.
Settings, Branding: Start from your website with example.com filled in, Draft brand and Import a brand guide instead, above the Branding tabs from Business to Email.

You decide what stays

Every value is marked
Each drafted field says where it came from. Suggested values, like the voice and the closest Google Font, say so, because those are the ones to read closely.
Undo any one of them
Keep what the draft found, swap in another logo it found, or undo a single field.
Nothing changes until you save
A draft never touches your saved brand. It waits 14 days for you to review it, then expires.

One brand kit, and every part has a place.

Your brand lives in one place, Settings → Branding. Each part is set once and used wherever it fits, from your website header to the voice in a listing description.

Every logo shape, on every background.

Add a horizontal, a stacked and a mark version of your logo, each for light and dark backgrounds. Every surface picks the shape that fits its space.

Set logo rules too: clear space, the smallest size on screen and in print, where it goes and what it sits on. Jan follows them when it places your logo.

Add a team photo for team-branded emails, separate from each agent’s headshot. An Agent photo block in an email fills with the sender’s own headshot when it sends.

Your shapes, on every page you build.

Shape & Layout sets the corners, spacing and section edges your websites and landing pages are built with, unless a site sets its own. Emails follow your corners.

AI writing that sounds like you.

Describe how you sound and add your writing do’s and don’ts. Every AI draft in Uplevel reads them, along with your market areas, specialties, brokerage and license.

AI drafts count toward your plan’s AI allowance.

Automations

A brand page for your printer and designer.

Share one private link and the people who make your signs, cards and mailers see your brand as you set it. They don’t need an account.

The link shows how many times it’s been viewed. Replace it or turn it off in Branding, and the old one stops working.

What they see

  • Every logo on the background it’s made for, to download
  • Colors in HEX and RGB, with tints and shades
  • Heading and body fonts
  • Logo rules, and design do’s and don’ts
  • Your contact details
  • The whole guide as a DESIGN.md file

What stays with you

  • Your voice
  • Your writing do’s and don’ts
  • Everything else in your workspace

Brand packs keep a brokerage’s agents on brand.

Export your brand as a brand pack and put it in your new-agent template. Every workspace set up from the template starts with your brand, and the parts the pack carries are locked.

Agents keep their own contact details, license, social links, market areas and headshot. If an agent leaves and takes their workspace, the locks come off and the values stay. More for brokerages

Or ask Jan.

Jan, the assistant built into Uplevel, drafts your brand, changes it and shares it. If your brand is still empty and Uplevel knows your website, Jan offers to draft it on your dashboard. More about Jan

“Set up my brand from my website”
Drafts it from your site and shows the draft on a card. You review it in Branding before anything is saved.
“Read our brand guide”
Reads a guide you attach and drafts the brand from it, for the same review.
“Make our accent color darker”
Changes the colors, fonts, logos, shape or guidelines you name, and shows what changed.
“Send our printer the brand”
Creates the brand page link after you approve it, or turns an old one off.
“Sound less formal”
Rewrites your voice and writing rules, so the next draft reads the new way.

Questions agents ask.

Something we didn’t cover? Write to hello@uplevelre.com.

What does Uplevel draft from my website?

Your logo, colors, fonts, contact details and social links, read from up to three pages of your site, plus a suggested voice, writing and design do’s and don’ts, market areas and specialties. You review every value before it’s saved.

Can I use our existing brand guide?

Yes. Upload a PDF, a DESIGN.md or other markdown file, or a text file, paste the text, or link to it. Uplevel drafts the brand from it for you to review.

Do my website templates change to my brand colors?

Each website template comes with its own colors and fonts, and you can change both. A site or landing page that doesn’t set its own uses your brand’s. Your corners, spacing and section edge carry across every site unless a site sets its own.

Does AI writing use my brand voice?

Yes. Listing descriptions, the email builder, broadcast drafts, message templates, automation messages and Jan all write in your voice and follow your writing do’s and don’ts.

Who can see my brand page?

Anyone with the link, and nobody else. It isn’t listed in search engines, it shows how many times it’s been viewed, and you can replace the link or turn it off in Branding.

Can a brokerage keep its agents on brand?

Yes. A brand pack in a new-agent template starts every agent’s workspace with the brokerage’s brand and locks it. A workspace owner or admin can unlock a setting after a warning. Partner seats can’t.
