A real estate power dialer, business line and texting, inside your CRM.
Call from your browser, work through a call list, ring your team when clients call, and text one client or a whole list from your business number. Every call and text lands on the contact.
Call from your browser, or work a whole list.
Click a number on any contact and the call starts in your browser. Choose which of your numbers shows as caller ID, and set your microphone and speaker once.
For a call list, select contacts, or everyone matching a filter, and press Call. Uplevel dials them back to back. Each person’s record opens while you talk, with their notes and history on screen. Work a call list, step by step
- Next hangs up, logs the call and dials the next person
- A keypad for phone menus
- Text the person without leaving the bar
- A summary at the end: calls made, connected and skipped
Mark how each call went:
- Connected
- No answer
- Left voicemail
- Busy
- Bad number
Incoming calls ring the people you choose.
Each number has its own call routing. Calls ring each teammate’s own phone, for as long as you set.
Choose when the line is open: always, business hours, or your own weekly schedule in your time zone. Outside those hours, or when nobody answers, voicemail plays your recorded or spoken greeting. Set up call routing, step by step
- Ring all at once
- Every phone rings. The first person to answer takes the call.
- First available
- One person at a time, in the order you set.
- Round robin
- One at a time, starting with a different person on each call so they’re shared fairly.
Every call is marked answered, voicemail or missed. Missed calls and voicemail wait in your inbox.
A transcript and a summary when the call ends.
Turn on transcription and each call gets a transcript, a short summary and suggested next steps on the contact’s timeline. You decide whether callers first hear that the call may be recorded and transcribed.
Add a suggested step as a task, a note, a deal or an appointment in one click.
Transcripts, summaries and voicemail are kept until you delete them, or for a period you choose, from 30 days to two years. How long we keep data

Text one client, or everyone on a list.
One to one
Texts from your business number sit in the same thread as that client’s emails and calls. Merge tags fill in names, so a saved message still reads as yours.

To a list
Send one text to a smart list. Before it goes, Uplevel checks your number is ready to send and screens the list for consent. Afterward, see who it reached, who replied and who opted out.

Every marketing text is checked before it sends.
Texting rules make agents nervous for good reason. Uplevel runs these checks for each person on the list and holds or skips anyone who doesn’t pass. Texts to one client respect opt-outs too, and are never held for quiet hours. What STOP and quiet hours mean for you
This isn’t legal advice. You’re still responsible for having permission to text the people you message.
They haven’t opted out
Anyone who replied STOP is skipped. START opts them back in, and HELP gets your help reply. A reply like “please stop texting me” goes to your opt-out review.
They agreed to hear from you
Uplevel keeps a record of who agreed, when and how. Numbers on a do-not-call registry are skipped unless that person agreed.
The number is still theirs
Before a marketing text goes to someone who agreed, their number is checked against the reassigned numbers database.
They haven’t heard from you too often
People who already have as many marketing texts as your registration allows are skipped.
It isn’t the middle of the night for them
A text that would arrive during quiet hours in their time zone waits until those hours end. You set the hours.
The message is one carriers accept
Link shorteners and content carriers prohibit are refused. “Reply STOP to opt out.” is added when it’s due.
Sent, and tracked person by person.
10DLC registration, in the app.
US carriers require businesses to register before texting from a local number. Register your brand and campaign in Uplevel and see the fee before you submit, or import a registration you already have.
Carrier fees are waived during Early Access.
Keep your number, or pick a new local one.
Search for a local number and buy it in Settings. Give each number a job: calls, one-to-one texts or marketing.
To bring the number you have, Uplevel checks it can move, collects the letter of authorization and any documents the carrier asks for, and shows the date the carrier confirms. It keeps working with your current carrier until then. Get a number or port yours, step by step
If another carrier asks to take one of your numbers, you approve or reject the request in Uplevel.
Or ask Jan.
Jan, the assistant built into Uplevel, can text a client, read back a call and check who you’re allowed to text. Anything it sends, you see first. More about Jan
- “Text Jane that 11am Saturday works.”
- Jan writes the text and shows it to you before it sends.
- “What did Jane and I agree on the last call?”
- Jan reads the call’s transcript and summary.
- “Who called while I was out?”
- Jan lists the calls you missed.
- “Turn the action items from that call into tasks.”
- Jan adds the suggested follow-ups to the contact.
- “Can I text this contact?”
- Jan checks their consent and opt-out status.
- “When does my number switch over?”
- Jan reads your porting order and the carrier’s date.
What calling and texting cost.
- Calls add-on
- $39 a month for your whole account, not per user

Can I keep the business number I have now?
Yes. Uplevel checks that your number can move, collects the letter of authorization and any documents the carrier asks for, and shows the date the carrier confirms. Your number keeps working with your current carrier until then.
Do I need 10DLC registration to text clients?
US carriers require businesses to register before texting from a local number. You can register your brand and campaign in Uplevel and see the fee before you submit, or import a registration you already have. Carrier fees are waived during Early Access.
What happens when nobody answers?
If voicemail is on, the caller hears your recorded or spoken greeting and can leave a message, which is saved to the contact. The call is marked voicemail, or missed if they hang up first, and it waits in your inbox.
Are my calls recorded?
Uplevel doesn’t keep audio of your calls. If you turn on transcription, it keeps a transcript and a summary of each call. Voicemail audio is stored privately. You choose how long all of it is kept, from 30 days to until you delete it.
Does Uplevel make my texting compliant?
Uplevel records consent, honors opt-outs, holds texts during quiet hours and screens marketing texts before they send. It isn’t legal advice, and you are still responsible for having permission to text the people you message.
Can my team share one number?
Yes. A Team Inbox gets its own number for calls and texts, and the team claims conversations and marks them handled. Incoming calls ring the people you choose.
Bring your number. Bring your list.
