Appointment booking for real estate agents that checks your calendar first.
Send a booking link that only offers the times you’re free in Uplevel and Google Calendar. Every booking lands on your calendar and the client’s contact, and can start your follow-up.
Google Calendar, kept in step both ways.
Connect the calendar you already live in. Uplevel reads it, writes back to it and asks it before anyone books you, so there’s one calendar to trust instead of two to compare.
Connect more than one Google account if you keep work and personal apart. Each shows how many of its calendars synced, when it last synced and why one didn’t, with a button to sync again.
What you add in Uplevel
Out
Appointments go on the Google calendar you pick, or on a calendar named Uplevel that Uplevel adds to your account. Turn on Send calendar invite and Google emails the attendees.
What’s already on your calendar
In
Every calendar you turn on, from six months back to two years ahead. After that, Uplevel picks up changes every ten minutes.
When both sides change
Both ways
An edit made in Google comes in. An edit you made in Uplevel that hasn’t reached Google yet is never overwritten.
When someone books a time
Asked live
Uplevel asks Google whether you’re free at that moment, before it confirms the booking.
Your mail and tasks
Both ways
The same Google account can bring your Gmail into the inbox and your Google Tasks into your task list.
A booking page for realtors that only offers open times.
Set your weekly hours once, then add meeting types like a buyer consult or a listing appointment, each with its own length. Buffers keep time clear before and after anything already on your calendar, and minimum notice stops anyone booking a time that starts too soon.
Visitors don’t need an account. They pick a time, leave their name and email, and they’re booked.
What decides the times:
- Weekly hours
- Buffer before
- Buffer after
- Minimum notice
- Booking horizon
- Skip workspace holidays
Where each meeting type happens:
- Video
- Phone
- In person
What happens when someone books
- Only open times
- The page offers times on a half-hour grid inside your weekly hours, with your buffers kept clear around anything already on your calendar.
- Checked again
- When the visitor confirms, Uplevel checks the time against your page’s rules and asks your Google calendars live. If two people pick the same time, one gets it and the other is asked to choose again.
- On a contact
- The visitor is matched to a contact by email or phone, or added as a new contact assigned to you, and where they came from is kept.
- On your calendar
- The appointment lands on your calendar and goes out to Google Calendar. You get a notification and an email.
- In their inbox
- The visitor gets a confirmation with a calendar invite and a private link to reschedule or cancel, without signing in.
Where people find it
- Your booking link
- Your own address to send in an email, a text or your signature.
- Your Uplevel website
- Drop a booking calendar block onto any page.
- Any other website
- Paste a two-line snippet into WordPress, your brokerage profile or any page that takes HTML.
- A team booking link
- Give a Team Inbox one link. Rotation takes turns among the members free at that time, Balanced picks the free member with the fewest upcoming bookings, and Claimable lets a teammate take it.
Your real estate calendar, inside the CRM.
Connect Google Calendar and the Calendar page saves new appointments straight to it. Switch between month, week and day, and see your appointments beside your tasks, deal dates and clients’ birthdays.
Every appointment can sit on a contact, a deal and a property, so the showing is on the buyer’s record and the deal it belongs to.
Show or hide on the calendar:
- Appointments
- Tasks
- External events
- Deal dates & occasions
- Custom dates
- On the record
- Link an appointment to a contact, a deal and a property. It shows on each of them, and the address or meeting link goes on the calendar event.
- Your own types
- Showing, Buyer consult, Listing presentation, Open house: name the types your business runs, each with its usual length.
- What happened
- Mark an appointment completed, a no-show or cancelled, and log an outcome such as Met or Converted.
- Showing requests
- A buyer asks to tour a home from your website. Confirm a time, propose another or decline, and Uplevel emails them your answer.
Team calendars
- An agent
- Sees their own calendar.
- A team admin
- Sees each teammate’s calendar, one at a time or together.
- A workspace admin
- Sees everyone, or picks the people to show side by side.
- Booking for someone else
- An admin can put an appointment on a teammate’s calendar unless that teammate has turned it off in their calendar settings.

Appointments that start the follow-up.
Send directions the day before a showing, ask for feedback after it, and offer a new time when someone doesn’t turn up. Each step in an appointment’s life can start an automation for the contact on it.
- Meeting booked
- When a visitor books through your booking page or a website booking block.
- Appointment scheduled
- When an appointment is booked with a contact.
- Appointment upcoming
- From 5 minutes to 30 days before it starts. Move the appointment and the reminder moves with it.
- Appointment completed
- When it’s marked completed. Branch on the outcome you logged.
- Appointment no-show
- When a contact misses it, so you can offer another time while it’s fresh.
- Appointment cancelled
- When it’s called off.
Tasks that are due when they say.
Add a task to a contact or a deal, give it a type and a priority, and assign it to yourself or a teammate. Type a title into the list and press Enter to add one due today.
Work through it as a list or a board, and see what’s overdue before it slips further.
Pick a due date in one click:
- Today
- Tomorrow
- In 2 business days
- In 1 week
- In 2 weeks

- Overdue and due today
- Two filters at the top of your task list, each with its count. A task due today with no time stays due today until the day ends.
- Business days
- In 2 business days skips the weekend and your workspace’s holidays.
- On your calendar
- Tasks with a due date show on the Calendar page beside your appointments.
- On your phone
- Subscribe to your task feed from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook or any app that takes a calendar link. Your open tasks with due dates stay up to date there.
- Google Tasks
- Bring your Google task lists in as tasks, or save a copy of any task to Google Tasks while it stays in Uplevel.
- Follow-ups
- Start an automation when a contact’s task is completed or goes overdue.
Or ask Jan to find a time.
Jan, the assistant built into Uplevel, reads your calendar, your booking page and your tasks. Booking a client or answering a showing request waits for you to confirm. More about Jan
- “When can Megan Foster come in for a buyer consult this week?”
- Lists the open times for that meeting type, with your buffers and calendars already taken out.
- “Book her for Thursday at 2.”
- Books it the way your booking page would, with the live calendar check and her confirmation email, once you confirm.
- “What’s on my calendar tomorrow?”
- Lists your upcoming appointments with the time, place, contact and type.
- “Confirm the Saturday showing request for 412 Maple St.”
- Confirms the time, puts it on your calendar and emails the buyer, after you approve it.
- “What’s due today?”
- Lists your tasks due today, or overdue, with the contact and deal on each.
- “Send me my booking link.”
- Gives you the link, its meeting types and the snippet for another website.
Questions about calendar and booking.
Something we didn’t cover? Write to hello@uplevelre.com.
Does Uplevel work with Outlook?
Not yet. Uplevel connects to Google Calendar, and email in Uplevel is Gmail. You can still subscribe to your task feed from Outlook.
Can I connect more than one Google account?
Yes. Your booking page checks every calendar you’ve turned on, in each account, before it confirms a time. Appointments you add on the Calendar page are saved to Google Calendar.
Can a booking land on a time I’m busy?
The page only offers times that are free on your calendar. When the visitor confirms, Uplevel checks the time again and asks your connected calendars live, and if two people pick the same time, only one of them gets it.
Do visitors need an account to book?
No. They pick a time and leave their name and email. Their confirmation has a private link to reschedule or cancel.
Can my team share one booking link?
Yes. A Team Inbox can have its own link, and each booking goes to a member who is free at that time, by rotation, to whoever has the fewest upcoming bookings, or to the first teammate to claim it.
Does the calendar cost extra?
No. Calendar, booking pages and tasks are part of the one Uplevel plan.
One calendar, and a link that respects it.
