Uplevel

What’s new

What changed in Uplevel in each release, newest first.

  1. A tidier top bar, ⌘K search and a Help menu

    • The top bar has eight sections in a new order. Settings sits behind the gear, and More only appears when the bar runs out of room.
    • ⌘K finds contacts, records, actions and pages, and hands anything else to Jan.
    • Tasks is now a view in Calendar, with Agenda as the default.
    • The ? menu holds help guides, support, your tickets, feedback and keyboard shortcuts.
    • Settings groups its sidebar, and the profile menu has Appearance.
    • Add listings to an email with the Property card block. Built-in email and website templates open with sample photos.
  2. Programs Jan writes, and playbooks Jan follows

    • Jan writes each Program edition from your brief, with market figures and a designed layout.
    • Draft the next edition early, revise it with Jan, and choose how far ahead each Program prepares. Editions refresh just before they send.
    • Playbooks tell Jan how to do a task. Uplevel ships six, you can add your own, and they travel in Setup Packs.
    • Jan drafts marketing for open houses, holidays and market moves, and when one of your listings changes.
    • In Studio, Jan can build a whole website.
    • When a member leaves, their texts, calls, households and MLS listings go with their contacts.
  3. Design pages with Jan beside the preview

    • Studio puts Jan beside a live preview of the page, email template or social post you’re working on.
    • Ask Jan to make or change website pages, headers, footers, menus and forms.
    • Turn a listing’s photos into a listing video.
    • Reach Jan from Claude and the API, and get Studio drafts back.
    • Each workspace registers its own Do Not Call registry subscription and area codes.

  4. Buyers search together, and calls transfer

    • Buyers can search homes with a spouse or partner, message you from your site into the Inbox, and keep notes on homes.
    • Set up a buyer’s home search from their contact or by asking Jan, add your own picks, and copy a sign-in link for them.
    • Jan drafts a buyer brief from your calls, screened for fair housing, and points out buyers with no search or who have gone quiet.
    • Transfer a live call to a teammate or an outside number, or talk to the teammate first. Numbers can have a phone menu and a caller name, and routed calls ring in the browser.
    • Send and receive pictures in texts.
    • A review queue and calendar for marketing that needs approval, and live alerts for new leads and bookings.
    • Invoices have a new design with the card that paid and a QR link.

  5. Area pages, and Jan sends text broadcasts

    • Area pages on your website show local market stats.
    • Jan drafts and schedules text broadcasts.
    • Jan turns home search and MLS feeds on or off for a site, and tells you which sites need them.
    • Listing alert emails point out what stands out about each home.
    • Import a website from Claude Design as a template, checked against your brand.
    • Invoice PDFs carry the Uplevel logo and our company details.
  6. Listing alerts written for each buyer

    • Listing alert emails are now written for the buyer who gets them, around what they’ve been looking for.

  7. Agent, team and brokerage websites with home search

    • New website templates for agents, teams and brokerages. Team sites get an agent directory and profile pages, and leads go to the agent they came through.
    • A “What’s my home worth?” block turns an address into a seller lead, and home value reports go out in one click.
    • Buyers get a Your homes page for saved homes and searches, the filters they expect, and MLS open houses.
    • Every site follows the MLS display rules and shows consent text on its forms.
    • Jan creates a website from a template and publishes it.
    • Booking pages can add a Zoom meeting.

  8. Map search on your website, and video meetings

    • Your website searches homes on a map: pins, search as the map moves, and drawing an area.
    • Listing pages show a payment estimate, history, days on market, tours and similar homes, and search engines can find them.
    • What a buyer views, searches and saves on your site shows up as one visit on their timeline, and Uplevel points out the buyers worth a call.
    • Add Zoom or Google Meet to appointments and tasks, with transcripts afterward.
    • A brokerage can send every agent’s email through its own SendGrid account.
