Uplevel

Social media scheduling for real estate agents, written once for every account.

Write a post once and Uplevel makes one for each Facebook Page, Instagram account and YouTube channel you pick, with a caption for each and the times spaced out. Jan tells you when a week has nothing planned.

Posting to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube opens once our app approvals come through.

Your Facebook Page, Instagram and YouTube, connected once.

Connect the accounts you post as, then choose which ones each post goes to. Sign-in tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect an account without losing the posts it made.

Facebook Pages
Sign in with Facebook once and pick the Pages you post as.
Instagram
The Instagram Business accounts linked to those Pages come in with the same sign-in.
YouTube
Your channel connects with its own Google sign-in, kept apart from Gmail and your calendar.
When a sign-in expires
The account is marked to reconnect, and Uplevel stops trying to post to it until you do.

Write it once. Uplevel makes each post.

Tick the formats you want on each account and one write-up becomes every post. With Smart Stagger on, they don’t all land at once: the feed post goes first, the reel 20 minutes later and the story an hour later.

In the composer

Start from a listing
Its photos come in to pick from, and its facts go to the captions. Or write a general post with no listing.
Video
Reels and YouTube need a video. Add its link and Uplevel uploads it to YouTube for you.
A tracked link
When the listing has a website, a short link goes where links work: the Facebook feed post and the YouTube description. Visits show up in the seller’s report.
Publish or schedule
Publish now or pick a time. The button counts the posts it will make.

Real estate captions for each network, in your voice.

Pick an angle, add the details to feature, and Write with AI drafts a caption for each network from your brand voice and the listing’s facts. It describes the home, never who it suits.

Every caption is yours to edit, and nothing posts until you publish or schedule.

Angles to write from:

  • General post
  • Coming Soon
  • Just Listed
  • Featured Listing
  • Open House
  • Price Improvement
  • Just Sold
Facebook
Up to 5,000 characters, with the tracked link when there is one.
Instagram
Up to 2,200 characters. Links aren’t clickable there, so the caption ends with hashtags instead.
YouTube
The first line becomes the video’s title, and the link goes in the description.

Jan notices the weeks with nothing planned.

Jan reads your social calendar three weeks ahead. A holiday with no post planned around it, or a week with no posts at all, shows up on Jan’s dashboard card with a button to have it drafted.

Drafts, scheduled posts and published ones all count as planned. Canceled and failed posts don’t.

Three weeks of planned posts. The week of Nov 9 has posts on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The week of Nov 16 has none. The week of Nov 23 has posts on Friday and Sunday, and nothing from Monday through Thanksgiving on Thursday.
On Jan’s dashboard card

Ask Jan hands over

“Draft a social post for Thanksgiving on Nov 26”

Jan drafts it, and nothing posts until you confirm.

Real estate Instagram posts that aren’t about a listing.

Ask Jan for a market update, a tip, a holiday greeting, a client’s review or local news. Each kind has its own rules, so a caption sticks to what you gave it.

Kind of post
You give Jan
Your area. Jan can pull the figures from your MLS feed.
The caption keeps to
Only the figures it was given, with what they mean for buyers and sellers. No predictions.

How a batch works

You ask
Up to eight posts at once, each with its topic, its facts and a day to go out.
Jan drafts
A draft on every Facebook Page and Instagram account you have connected, with photos and the planned time.
You read the batch
All of it on one card in the chat. Ask for changes, or swap a photo.
You confirm
Nothing posts until you confirm the schedule card. Each draft goes out at its own time.

A schedule you can read, and numbers for every post.

Every post moves from scheduled to publishing to published, and the schedule shows where each one is.

A listing’s posts count toward the social numbers in its seller report.

On each published post, refreshed every 30 minutes for its first 30 days:

  • Impressions
  • Reach
  • Likes
  • Comments
  • Shares
  • Saves
  • Clicks
  • Video views
The schedule
What’s queued, soonest first, under the day it goes out. Drafts sit on their own, and staggered posts show as separate rows.
Cancel
Cancel a scheduled post right from the list.
When a platform says no
The post shows as Failed with the reason. A platform that’s briefly down is tried again on its own.

Or ask Jan for a month of posts.

Jan, the assistant built into Uplevel, drafts, rewrites and schedules posts, and waits for you to confirm before anything goes out. More about Jan

“Draft a month of posts: a market update, two tips and a Thanksgiving greeting.”
Drafts them on your Facebook Page and Instagram account and shows the batch on one card.
“Make the Instagram one shorter and end it with hashtags.”
Rewrites that caption under the same rules and shows you the new one.
“What should I post next?”
Lists the holidays coming up with nothing planned, then the empty weeks.
“Schedule them at their planned times.”
Puts the posts on a schedule card. They go out when you confirm.

Questions about social publishing.

Something we didn’t cover? Write to hello@uplevelre.com.

Which accounts can I post to?

Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts linked to a Page, and YouTube channels. Personal Facebook profiles and personal Instagram accounts can’t be connected.

Why doesn’t the Instagram post have a link?

Instagram captions can’t carry a clickable link, so the tracked link goes on the Facebook feed post and in the YouTube description.

Can I post reels to Facebook?

Not yet. Facebook gets feed posts and photo stories. Reels go to Instagram and videos to YouTube.

Does Jan post without asking?

No. Jan drafts and rewrites posts, and nothing goes out until you confirm the schedule card.

Write it once. See the month ahead.
