Uplevel

A real estate agent scorecard on a dashboard that speaks first.

See your week from first call to closing, beside the week before. Arrange your own dashboard, and let Jan point out what needs you.

Two ways to start the day.

The dashboard opens on Jan or on your tiles. Switch between them at the top of the page, and your next visit opens on the one you picked.

Dashboard view

Ask Jan anything, and see what needs you first. Here, a failed run of the Speed to Lead automation.

The dashboard opens on Jan: a box to ask it anything, a failed Speed to Lead run flagged with Ask Jan and Review buttons, and suggested questions.

Jan speaks up first, and knows when to stop.

The Jan view opens on cards for what needs you, each with a way to act on it. Close one and it stays closed on every device you use. It comes back only when something about it changes.

Errors, billing, security and broken connections are never cards you can close.

  • Listing inquiries to follow up

If you close it, it comes back when

  • New listings for your buyers

What it noticesBuyers whose listing alerts found homes they haven’t been emailed yet.

What you can doSend them the matches now, or ask Jan about them.

If you close it, it comes back when

  • Closings coming up

What it noticesDeals closing in the next two weeks, and whether a closing automation will run for each.

What you can doSet up the Closing Week & After sequence where none will, or ask Jan what’s planned.

If you close it, it comes back when

    The closing date moves.

  • Brand setup

What it noticesYour brand is still empty and Uplevel knows your website.

What you can doJan drafts your brand from the site for you to review.

If you close it, it comes back when

You use a different website. Choose Not my website and Jan stops asking.

  • Automation runs that need a look

What it noticesAutomation runs that failed and haven’t been retried or reviewed.

What you can doOpen the failed runs, or ask Jan why they failed and whether to retry.

    Closing

Can’t be closed. It clears once every failed run is retried or reviewed.

Closed something by mistake? Getting Started lists everything you’ve closed, with Show again beside each one. Jan can bring one back too. More about Jan

A checklist for your first week.

Getting Started lists every setup step and ticks each one off as you finish it. Skip any that don’t apply, or choose Walk me through it and Jan helps with the next one.

Steps are grouped by how long they make you wait, so the ones that need outside approval, like a sending domain and texting registration, come up early. Cards you closed on the dashboard are listed below, with Show again beside each. Bringing contacts over? See what moves.

Getting Started for a brokerage: one of three steps done, a Walk me through it button, and a dismissed brand suggestion with Show again.

A dashboard you arrange.

Choose Customize on the Tiles view and build it from 22 tiles. Your layout is yours alone, so a teammate’s dashboard doesn’t change when you move a tile.

Once you have activity to show, This week and Your week from Jan join the default layout. After you customize it, nothing is added for you.

Move
Drag a tile to a new place, or use Move up, down, left or right in its menu.
Resize
Make a tile half the width or the full width of the page.
Add and remove
Pick tiles from the gallery. New on market can be added more than once, one per area.
Start over
Reset to default puts back the starting layout. Nothing is saved until Save layout.
Customizing the dashboard: the Add tiles panel lists the Scorecard tiles first, from This week to Your week from Jan, above the tiles already on the page.

Every week, from first call to closing.

The Scorecard counts what you put in, how your pipeline moved and what closed. Each number sits beside the week before.

Weeks start on Monday in your workspace’s time zone. Until a week is over, it’s compared with the same part of the week before.

Activity
Calls made and connected, conversations, texts, one-to-one emails, appointments set and held, showings, tasks done and personal touches.
Pipeline
New contacts, stage changes, deals opened and won, and signed agreements.
Results
Closings, closed volume and GCI.
Sources
The lead sources, campaigns and channels behind each closing, with its volume and GCI.
Ratios
Each step from a conversation to a closing, plus touches per closing and the median days from first touch to close.
With Jan
Drafts Jan wrote, how many you approved and how many you edited first, and closings that followed.

Where a week turns into closings, and where it stalls

Four ratios link each step, from a conversation to a closing. A low one tells you where to spend next week.

  1. 18Conversations
  2. 6Appointments set
  3. 5Appointments held
  4. 2Agreements
  5. 1Closings

A briefing on Monday morning.

Turn on the weekly briefing and Jan sends a summary of your last week every Monday morning, in your notifications and by email. Open it to see that week’s Scorecard.

It’s off until you turn it on, and it only arrives when you had activity the week before.

Your team’s week, and your brokerage’s.

The same numbers roll up for the people who lead. What you see depends on your role.

Questions agents ask.

Something we didn’t cover? Write to hello@uplevelre.com.

When does a week start?

On Monday, in your workspace’s time zone. Until the week is over, it’s compared with the same part of the week before, so a Wednesday is never measured against a whole week.

What counts as a personal touch?

Calls, texts and emails you send yourself, including ones Jan drafted and you approved. Automations, campaigns and batch sends are counted separately.

Why does a number show a dash?

A ratio shows a dash when there’s nothing to divide by, like no conversations this week. A number also shows a dash when your role doesn’t include the records behind it.

Can a ratio go over 100%?

Yes. Ratios compare what happened in the same week, so an appointment held this week may have been set last week. They aren’t conversion rates for one group of leads.

Does everyone get the weekly briefing?

No. It’s off until you turn it on in your notification settings, or ask Jan to. It arrives Monday morning in your notifications and by email, and only when you had activity the week before.

Do my tiles change for the rest of my team?

No. Each person arranges their own dashboard, and choosing the Jan or Tiles view is yours alone too.

I closed a card by mistake. How do I get it back?

Getting Started lists everything you’ve closed, with Show again beside each. You can also ask Jan to bring it back.
